Going on Vacation

Summary

Read through the following text and look up any vocabulary you are not sure about before answering the questions.

At least once a year, you should take a vacation to keep your mind fresh and uncluttered. It provides you with the chance to unwind from the tension that comes with leading an active and hectic everyday life. Get some rest, and you’ll be ready to tackle any challenges you face with renewed vigour.

A vacation is a fantastic way to enhance your health. It might be challenging to find time for healthy food and exercise when you are always working. However, it is easier to eat healthily, keep active throughout the day, and unwind at night while you are on vacation.

Additionally, taking time off from work enables you to concentrate on other areas of your life outside work, such as spending time with friends and family or engaging in hobbies that you have put off because of the workload of full-time employment.
