What is an Early Bird?

An early bird is someone who wakes up early in the morning, before most people do. These people are known for being active and full of energy. Being an early bird usually means being productive and disciplined.

Early birds take advantage of the quiet mornings to do things like exercise, plan their day or work on their hobbies. They like starting their day feeling accomplished and ahead of others. Many people admire early birds because they know how to make the most of their time and get a lot done throughout the day.
